Cancellation policy

♦ According to the regulations from the Tourism Bureau, the following precautions should be taken to cancel the reservation (non-natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes and other factors):
 

  • Cancelling the reservation on the date of check-in will charge the 100% deposit.
  • Cancelling the reservation one day before check-in will charge 80% of the deposit.
  • Cancelling the reservation 2-3 days before check-in will charge 70% of the deposit.
  • Cancelling the reservation 4-6 days before check-in will charge 60% of the deposit.
  • Cancelling the reservation 7-9 days before check-in will charge 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancelling the reservation 10-13 days before check-in will charge 30% of the deposit.
  • If the traveler cancels the reservation14 days (the 14th day included) before check-in, 0% of the deposit will be charged.


♦ If the date of stay needs to be changed due to personal reasons, the property will charge a necessary fee for expenses, as detailed below:

  • The booking date is changed on the day before the day of accommodation and the handling fee is 100% of the prepaid deposit amount of the room rate.
  • The booking date is changed within 2-3 days of the date of the stay and the handling fee is 50% of the prepaid deposit amount of the room rate.
